Rob Warren practices a broad range of Criminal Law with a focus on Domestic Assault and Youth Criminal Justice Act matters. Throughout over 20 years of private practice, Mr. Warren has successfully defended cases from simple assault to murder. He also specializes in Drinking & Driving Offences.
Mr. Warren has over a decade of experience as an Assistant Crown Attorney for the downtown Toronto Crown Attorney's Office. During this time, he worked closely with the Supreme Court of Ontario and prosecuted trials of every nature and at every trial level. Mr. Warren has also served as Legal Director for the Office of the Public Complaints Commissioner, an Agency that provides oversight regarding complaints against the Metropolitan Toronto Police officers.

Andrew McKay has a unique background that encompasses policing, prosecution, and defence. Accordingly, he brings a solid understanding of the law that assists his clients in making the right decisions when they are faced with adversity. Mr. McKay specializes in Administrative Tribunals and Regulatory Law (matters of professional discipline) and primarily represents professionals including; police officers, doctors, lawyers and professional athletes in criminal, disciplinary, and regulatory matters.
Mr. McKay began his career as a police officer with the Toronto Police Service where he gained a reputation as a respected investigator in the fields of major crime, drug enforcement, and street crime. Mr. McKay has also acted as a facilitator and instructor, having trained police officers across Ontario. During his time as an officer, Mr. McKay worked closely with in the Criminal Justice System and spent a great deal of time in court. His appreciation and experience in the courts led him to pursue a career in law.
Mr. McKay obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and subsequently joined the Ministry of the Attorney General's office where he worked in the Special Prosecutions Office before joining the Toronto Crown Attorney's Office as an Assistant Crown Attorney. He entered private practice in 2001 and primarily practices throughout Ontario, but has also represented clients in British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon.

Robert M. Geurts is a well known and respected criminal lawyer throughout Toronto and Southern Ontario. As a former Senior Assistant Crown Attorney, Mr. Geurts has mentored many of the existing prosecutors in the Toronto area. Mr. Geurts began his long and distinguished career as a senior criminal prosecuting attorney for the Attorney General of Ontario. During these 12 years, he prosecuted the entire range of cases within our Criminal Code. Since 2001, he has been a successful trial defence lawyer within the Ontario Bar.
Mr. Geurts is a recognized expert in his field and has taught and lectured on a variety of subjects related to Criminal Law. Over his 20 year career, he has been an instructor for the Ontario Bar Admissions Program, as well as a lecturer at Ryerson University and the Rogers School of Business.

Donald J. Bellehumeur is a veteran Toronto-based criminal lawyer specializing in Corporate and Securities Fraud and Driving Offences. Mr. Bellehumeur has been practicing Criminal Law since 1971, working both in private practice and for the downtown Toronto Crown Attorney's Office. During over 35 years of practice, Mr. Bellehumeur has defended and prosecuted a variety of criminal cases at all levels.
Mr. Bellehumeur has appeared as trial and appellate counsel in the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario), the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He joined the Toronto Crown Attorney’s Office in 1980 and retired in 2009. Prior to leaving the Crown’s Office, Mr. Bellehumeur held the position of Deputy Crown Attorney.
